Running Man

You will need some type of watch for this workout. Don't forget to warm up with a 10-minute jog first.

10 run-jogs where you run at 80-90% effort for 15 seconds, then jog for 45 seconds. (After 45 seconds, immediately break into the next 15-second run.)

5 x 100-yard (or 10-second) sprints at MAXIMUM effort. When you complete a sprint, immediately turn and jog back to your starting point and start again. DO NOT REST. For bonus points, perform your sprints up an incline.

Take a nice easy 5-minute jog to cool down, then stretch out.
